The bed was really comfy, but the first room I got had a key card issue which was annoying. Had to walk a long way back to the front desk and it was just frustrating. Overall, the room itself was nice once I got in.

The room was a warm getaway after a long day exploring. Its cleanliness stood out, making it the perfect retreat. Staff were friendly, always ready to assist.

However, the nearby noise from the street occasionally disrupted my peace. Although I enjoyed my stay, I wish for better sound insulation.

It was a mixed experience. there were great aspects but also some areas that need attention.

Clean and spacious King Room offered a comfortable stay with a flat-screen TV and mini-fridge at hand. However, the absence of a 'DO NOT DISTURB' sign caused inconvenience, and the missing chain lock on the door raised safety concerns. The lack of attention from the front desk staff made communication awkward, detracting from an otherwise pleasant atmosphere.

The fitness center was convenient for my daily workout, and the kids enjoyed the seasonal outdoor pool. The staff was friendly as well, making our stay more enjoyable despite some hiccups. Overall, a nice place for a family trip with plenty to do.

In my wife’s opinion, the cleanliness needs significant improvement.
